These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the lovejil online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, software, and services (collectively, the "lovejil Platform" or "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lovejil ("we", "us", "our").

By creating a lovejil account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager, claiming any bonus, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. lovejil reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of lovejil Services, you must create a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms.

Each person may register and maintain only one (1) lovejil account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. lovejil uses technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately.
• Any bonuses, free spins, or promotional credits claimed across all accounts will be voided.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• The matter may be referred to PAGCOR or relevant regulatory authorities where fraud is suspected.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lovejil account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. lovejil will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify lovejil support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

lovejil is required by Philippine gaming regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals or at such earlier time as lovejil determines necessary. This process is known as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID — Philippine passport, driver's licence, UMID, PhilSys National ID, PRC ID, or other PAGCOR-acceptable identification.
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the past three (3) months showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of payment method — screenshot or confirmation of your registered GCash, Maya, or bank account to confirm ownership.
• Source of funds declaration — for high-volume accounts, lovejil may request documentation to confirm the legitimate source of funds used for gambling activity.

lovejil aims to complete standard KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Until KYC verification is complete, lovejil may restrict certain account functions including withdrawals. Failure or refusal to complete KYC verification will result in account suspension and may result in closure.

lovejil accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing times are subject to change and are detailed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount via GCash and Maya is ₱100.
• Deposits are credited to your lovejil account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• lovejil does not charge fees on standard GCash and Maya deposit transactions. Third-party fees imposed by your payment provider, if any, are your responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited. Contact lovejil support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to lovejil's anti-money laundering obligations.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is released.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to processing.
• lovejil reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing delays of up to 72 hours.

lovejil offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

The following general rules apply to all lovejil bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used and wagered first, unless the specific bonus terms provide otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed upon expiry.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lovejil Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud lovejil or other players through false identity, false payment information, or misrepresentation of any kind.
• Money Laundering: Using the lovejil Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinating bets in live games, or any other form of coordinated play designed to exploit the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic or account restrictions, or otherwise exploiting the lovejil bonus system in bad faith.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated software to access or interact with the lovejil Platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Hacking or Interference: Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the technical operation of the lovejil Platform or any game system.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first attempting to resolve the matter through lovejil support. Abusive chargeback behaviour will result in account closure and recovery proceedings.

All content on the lovejil Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of lovejil or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lovejil Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the lovejil Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any lovejil content.
• Use any lovejil trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers for any commercial purpose without written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the lovejil Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorised use of lovejil intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to legal proceedings for damages and injunctive relief.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lovejil and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the lovejil Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, or profits due to technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Game outcomes that are affected by technical malfunctions, provided lovejil takes reasonable remedial steps.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including GCash, Maya, or banking institutions.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information published on the lovejil Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Where a technical malfunction is confirmed to have affected the outcome of a game, lovejil will void the affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the players involved. This represents lovejil's entire liability in relation to such events.

lovejil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if lovejil reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms or any specific game or promotional rules.
• You have provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account is being used in connection with prohibited activities as described in Section 7.
• Regulatory, legal, or law enforcement requirements necessitate account restriction or closure.

• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute in bad faith.

Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting applicable bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all KYC and compliance requirements are satisfied.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, lovejil reserves the right to withhold or forfeit any balance, including real-money funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law and regulation.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR governing online gaming operators. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
